A little bit about me.
Alongside my work in coaching, I love music as I’m a musician. I really enjoy walking in nature, and spending time with my husband family and friends who are a very important part of my life.
Like many others, I’ve experienced some challenges including divorce and becoming a single parent, loss and mental health issues in the family, financial stresses and a demanding workload to name a few! I recognised that I had been constantly prioritising everyone else and not taking care of myself. I wanted to be there for them but I failed to set the boundaries needed for my own wellbeing, which resulted in me feeling stuck, burnt out and becoming unwell.
These experiences highlighted to me the critical link between living authentically and personal wellbeing. The realisation that something had to change and exploring and discovering what really made me tick – what I really wanted in life and how to get there.
This led me to personal development and looking deeper into self-care. I had also been diagnosed with an auto-immune condition that wasn’t showing any signs of improvement and was also affecting other areas of my life.
Once I began to prioritise my own wellbeing, I felt better, became stronger, more confident and positive and the stress began to disappear. I had gained the clarity needed to realise what had seemed unreachable was now a possible reality for me.
Further exploring personal development, led me to experience coaching for myself which in turn, inspired me to want to help empower others to discover and reach their true potential. This led me to train as an accredited coach.
It’s now a genuine privilege to help others develop mindsets aligned with their deepest values and what they truly envision for their lives. I get to facilitate profound, lasting transformation, which I never take for granted. We all deserve to experience joy and fulfilment, in life as we’re only here for such a short time, we should never have to settle for second best!.
